A.I./ chamarelli/ BAURU/ SAO PAOLO
Fernando Chamarelli is a Graphic Designer graduated at São Paulo´s State University.He began drawing comics, cartoons and portraits. Along the way, he developed works as a tattoo artist and took taste for street art and fine arts. Chamarelli blend in his paintings these different styles of art with his own universe of references. His exotic characters resemble mosaics and are part of a surreal environment. Chamarelli´s aesthetic carries strong influence of the Brazilian popular culture and pre-Colombian art. he contrast, the harmony, the well-defined and organic lines face the complex features interwoven and the diversity of elements.
